Having successfully built and sold Quorum International, an executive search boutique and RPO organisation employing 170 people across 16 countries, we established Lonmoor to return to our roots and passion — personally handling all aspects of search assignments and developing our networks for the benefit of our clients and candidates by engaging directly with them.

Projects often entail searching three or more countries in parallel. This is no problem as we have spent the past 15 years working extensively across EMEA, though our core strengths are in the UK, France, Nordics, Benelux and Germany.
